Virgo: The Easiest Way to Find “True” Happiness

Virgo: The Easiest Way to Find “True” Happiness

Virgo-Happiness

Before I get into the best way for Virgos to find happiness, please focus on the title of this article.

It’s worth noting that the happiness we’re talking about here is “true” happiness.

We’re not just talking about regular garden variety happiness. There are lots of temporary or transitory ‘happiness’ out there.

I won’t be talking about that kind of happiness. Instead, I’ll focus on the happiness you should be shooting for – true happiness.

The truth about happiness’ transitory nature

The truth is happiness is available anywhere. You can be happy when you choose to be happy. Even the simplest things can make you happy… if you want them to.

Achieving a state of happiness all depends on your mindset. We’re not going to be talking about that happiness. That kind of happiness is temporary.

Real happiness is not temporary. It is able to stand the test of time.

Also, another thing to keep in mind is that true happiness must last.

We’re not just talking about things that make you feel joyful from time to time. We’re not talking about things that require outside validation to happen.

Unfortunately, most people in this day and age define happiness this way. This is precisely the reason why most people are unhappy.

Your personal definitions make you unhappy

If your happiness is going to come from outside of you, then you will be unhappy. Why?

You can’t control what’s outside of you. You can’t control the outer world.

If you focus on getting validation from other people, you will be unhappy. This is not the path to true happiness.

True happiness can only be arrived at if you work from within.

In fact, your whole life might be falling apart. There might be all sorts of disasters happening.

All that wouldn’t matter if you know the path to true happiness. It has to come from within.

Virgos’ slavery to ‘perfect ideals’

Virgos are going to have a tough time with this. I’m telling you right now.

Virgo women and men are their own worst critics. Virgos live in an imaginary perfect world, and they expect the real world to conform to that ideal.

Anybody can see that this is a recipe for disaster.

Still, Virgos do this over and over again. It’s very hard for them to shake this habit of extreme idealism.

Not surprisingly, people disappoint them. Not surprisingly, they go around life feeling a lot of frustration and unhappiness.

It’s very easy for them to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

Usually, it’s the other way around. With Virgos, nothing good is good enough.

From an outside perspective, it seems Virgos have achieved a lot and have a lot to be happy about. Still, time and time again, they find one thing wrong and this gives them all the excuse in the world to feel, you guessed it, unhappy!

So what is the easiest way to find true happiness for a Virgo?

Very simple: live in the real world.

Breaking the Bondage of Perfectionism

The reason why Virgos tend to be quite unhappy and frustrated is because they always reference the real world to an imaginary world.

If you were to stop doing that, you would be much happier. If you started looking at the way things are instead of judging the world based on the way things should be, you would be much happier.

Of course, this is very easy to say. All these realizations are part of common sense. It may seem like black and white.

In fact, this advice may not seem like advice at all. It seems all so obvious.

The problem is if you are a Virgo, this is not so obvious.

Perfectionism creates its own world. Perfectionism sets its own agenda. It has its own assumptions.

Whenever your assumptions are based on the wrong things, the way you look at the world will change. Most importantly, the emotional triggers that you get change as well.

Not surprisingly, when you are triggered emotionally a certain way, you would act a certain way.

Now, once you start acting a certain way, then your material reality changes.

You have to understand that the world only respects action. You may have the best intentions, but none of that really matters. What matters is what you do.

This is the problem. When the Virgo bases his/her mentality on the wrong things, this triggers a chain reaction that impacts their everyday waking reality. This impacts their actions.

Knowing all this, what is the easiest way to find true happiness?

Change your mindset. Focus on the way things really are.

Try to understand people based on where they are and what they are.

Don’t try to read too much into things. Don’t try to hold a mirror up to the world and feel mad at the world for not living up to your ideal picture.

Finally, you need to understand that the world doesn’t revolve around you. The world doesn’t owe you anything. The world has its own standards.

The sooner you get this, the happier you would become. Why?

You would stop getting frustrated over the small stuff. You would stop beating yourself up for things that you really have no control over.

In other words, by letting go of things that don’t really matter and focusing on living moment by moment, you would be much happier.

Happiness is not a destination. Happiness, instead, is a process.

The best part of it is it’s a process you can start. It’s a process you can choose.

It all begins within. It all turns on what you choose to think about and what you choose to assume.

Assume things that make you perform better. Assume things that make you achieve better things.

Instead of constantly feeling guilty, anxious, and frustrated, assume things that make you feel the opposite.

If you want to feel optimistic, you can do that. If you want to feel that the world is a world of great open possibilities, you only need to choose the right assumptions.

The best part is that it all begins with what’s going on between your ears. Choose the right mental picture and you choose a brand new world.

You deserve it.
