The interesting thing about the Sagittarius is that you really don’t need any love advice.
You really don’t. You have a great magnetic personality.
If there is any one sign of the horoscope that is at ease with people, it is the Sagittarius. Of course, this is both a blessing and a curse.
While Sagittarius people can break the ice very easily, their friendships tend to be shallow. While Sagittarius people can pretty much get along in any kind of social setting, they don’t really know people all that well.
Like I said, it is a double-edged sword. On the one hand, you make quick instant friendships. On the other hand, you don’t have any real deep friends.
You need to understand this because it’s very easy for you to find yourself in situations where people advise you.
I have nothing against advice in general. There are certain horoscope signs you shouldn’t ask for advice from.
I’m not saying that you shouldn’t ask them for any advice on any type of topic. There are certain horoscope signs that shouldn’t be giving advice on certain subjects.
One of these is the Aries, when it comes to love.
Does this mean that Aries people are completely dumb when it comes to love? Absolutely not. However, their love advice won’t make sense in the Sagittarius context.
You have to understand that advice has its own proper context. There are two parties in an advice situation: the person giving the advice and the person receiving the advice. They have to be the right people for the advice to be right.
The context of advice matters as much as the content of the advice. Keep this in mind when reading this article.
Again, I have no problems with Aries people giving love advice. What would cause problems is if they give love advice to a Sagittarius.
There Is No Need for Dominance
One of the key themes of an Aries love advice, as filtered through the Sagittarius experience, is the need for dominance.
You have to remember that Aries people need to be in the spotlight. They need to have top ranking. They need attention.
This is going to spill over into how they advise other people regarding attracting affections.
In many cases, the Aries love advice you would get is to go into a room, take charge, and dominate. This is all well and good if you’re not a Sagittarius man or woman. Why is this problematic for a Sagittarius?
It’s a problem because it’s a non-existent problem.
When you go into a room, you can feel people up. You can sense the signals they’re sending.
Accordingly, you can send out the right signals so you can see each other eye to eye. This makes for a deeper level of personal connection. This is why you have no problems navigating any kind of social situation.
If you were to adopt the typical Aries take-charge advice, you would come off as trying too hard. You would come off as taking things to the extreme.
Instead of attracting people to you naturally, you would end up pushing them away.
This actually happens quite a bit with Aries people. They tend to go overboard. They tend to pack it in too much.
Not surprisingly, people are just as often repelled by this public display of personality.
You have to learn how to be comfortable in your own skin. You have to understand that real friendships happen organically.
It’s all about the understated signals you send to each other.
You don’t have to slap people across the face with your personality for you to get noticed.
Moreover, this type of advice goes to the core of the Aries personality. Aries, after all, are based on the male ram.
As hard-charging and bold as the ram may seem, it’s still a sheep. In other words, deep down, it’s still weak, dependent, and scared.
Not surprisingly, the ram would have to overcompensate for this reality.
This is why many Aries people tend to be hard-charging. They tend to grab the spotlight. They try to take credit. Why do they do this?
Deep down, they know they have an empty hole in their hearts.
They have this hunger in their being. They think that external praises and external validation would fill that hole.
Unfortunately, this hole is unquenchable. The more fame they get, the more validation they get, the hungrier they feel.
In reality, they’re just caught in a downward spiral.
Instead of working on filling up this hole with substantive things, they focus on things that they can’t control.
Make no mistake about it. If you are going to depend on other people’s goodwill and other people’s validation, you are working with things beyond your control.
People are very fickle. One day they admire you, the next day they turn on you. That’s how it works.
The good news is that Sagittarius people don’t have to play this game.
A Sagittarius Has the Skills Already
You can be comfortable in your skin. You don’t have to have an agenda. You don’t have to compare yourself to others.
You have this innate skill of simply living in the moment and radiating signals that way that make people feel good about themselves. This is a key component of your charm.
This is the complete opposite of the Aries.
The Aries feels that they need to create something. They need to force something. This tendency for contrivance often blows up in their face.
Still, they keep at it. They keep coming back for more, much like a ram in nature would hit another ram in the head, and then they would back up and do it again and again.
It takes a very serious debilitating emotional defeat for an Aries to finally learn.
You don’t have to go that route. You don’t have to be emotionally hard-headed. You just need to be yourself.
You just need to be comfortable in your own skin. You just need to stop comparing yourself to other people.
You have what it takes. You just need to let it play out and not force the issue.
